We believe steering Saarman in an ecologically aware direction will reap benefits for our clients, the earth, and our native Bay Area. For years, we have been transitioning to less pollutant energy sources like efficient hybrid vehicles and, most recently, bio-diesels for most of our truck fleet. At our operations yard in Richmond, we store reclaimed construction materials for donation to accepting organizations – keeping these still useful products out of the waste stream and out of our overburdened landfills. We are proud of what we have done to reshape our future, moving our community and our world in a positive direction toward energy independence and efficiency. The more we do, the more we realize how much more work is needed. Every Saarman project is another opportunity for us to to do a better job for the environment.
