Assistant Project Managers

Job Description

Under the general supervision of a Senior Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers work alongside Superintendents managing multiple projects from pre-construction to closeout. They attend on-site construction meetings, prepare and update meeting minutes, schedules, and submittals, as well as RFIs, RFQs, and other project documents. They prepare and manage subcontracts and invoices, secure building permits, and review timecards. Experience with Procore and strong technology skills in general are helpful. Assistant Project Managers must thrive in a team environment, are proactive problem solvers, and are excellent listeners and communicators. They prioritize attention to detail and client services. Because of the need to visit project sites, this candidate is also required to have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to use the company shared vehicles.
