Centertown Apartments

Located in downtown San Rafael, Centertown Apartments, initially constructed in 1992, is a 60-unit apartment community complex that includes one, two, and three-bedroom dwelling units with shared laundry facilities. There were no existing community spaces or common area restrooms. The rehabilitation project included select improvements to the site, including building envelope, building systems, lighting, and elevator, adding a new building for community space and management offices, and select repairs to all units and new finishes in units, including six ADA units.
