De Silva Island HOA

Saarman Construction completed a comprehensive exterior renovation across eight occupied buildings within De Silva Island’s luxury condominium community. The project encompassed large-scale exterior painting and wood restoration, deck and balcony repairs, HOA deck inspections, and work related to SB 326 and SB 721. Bringing these diverse exterior needs together under one coordinated effort, Saarman improved the property’s appearance while enhancing the safety, functionality, and usability of its exterior spaces. The completed work brought renewed quality and cohesion to the community.
