Exterior façade renovation: the existing windows and doors were severely damaged, and the stucco system cracked throughout. The improvement included all new custom windows and doors throughout the house and detached garage, new copper door sill pans, and a new stucco coat/system, including all new weep screeds. A fresh complete exterior paint, rebuilding the damaged trellis members, repainted and reinstalled all railings, and new landscaping, including a new retaining wall and associated fence for the backyard.
