Sherwood Oaks Apartments

At Sherwood Oaks Apartments, Saarman Construction completed structural and site improvements across five occupied buildings, carefully addressing a variety of safety and building-performance needs. The project included repairs to dry rot framing members, selective replacement of concrete topping and steel decking, and installation of new code-compliant guardrails and handrails. Saarman also strengthened three carports to address soft-story conditions, provided new retaining wall support, and improved asphalt and drainage throughout the site. The improvements bring greater confidence to the property’s structural systems and everyday spaces, supporting a safe, well-maintained community for its residents.
