Private Tiburon Residence

Saarman Construction carried out an exterior renovation for a private Tiburon residence, addressing key elements of the home’s weather protection while enhancing its outdoor spaces. The project included full siding replacement, a new weather-resistive barrier, waterproofing at exterior openings, and selective window and sliding glass door replacement. At the rear of the home, Saarman replaced the deck in its entirety, installing new plywood, a waterproofing membrane, and tile to create a durable, finished outdoor space. The improvements thoughtfully balance performance and functionality, contributing to the long-term durability and enjoyment of the home in one of the Bay Area’s most sought-after communities.
